Pamela Jo Hatley provides a full range of legal services to clients involved in the acquisition and development of land. She assists property owners, land developers, and businesses with a wide variety of land use matters, including comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings, conditional and special use permits, variances, and environmental permits. Pamela serves as a Land Use Hearing Officer for unincorporated Hillsborough County, and is not accepting new land use cases involving property located in the unincorporated county.
Pamela is experienced in handling a broad array of real estate matters including acquisition and sales, due diligence, boundary issues, access, title, and litigation matters such as quiet title actions, ejectment, and partition.
Pamela earned a certificate in environmental and land use law in addition to her law degree at the University of Florida School of Law, and later earned a PhD in geography and environmental science and policy at the University of South Florida. She is very knowledgeable about the processes and politics of real estate development, planning, and land use regulation in Florida.
